When your pet has received an initial diagnosis and treatment plan from your Veterinary surgeon you will be assigned a diabetic adviser nurse who will be there as ongoing support for you and your pet. This includes help and support with medication administration, glucose testing, feeding regimes and weight management. Diabetes is a complex disease and the information on managing this condition can be a lot to take in. We are here for full support throughout the management of your pets condition.
